Workplace, Community, Environment, Youth And Thought Leadership

At CCG, we are dedicated to being a responsible corporate citizen, focusing our efforts on four key pillars: Workplace, Community, Environment, and Youth & Thought Leadership.

Workplace

Enhancing employee development and career progression through impactful communication, leadership programs, and wellness initiatives, fostering a supportive and engaging work environment.

As a progressive organization that understands Jordan’s intricate social and cultural weave, CCG acknowledges the vital role of private sector establishments in advancing local communities. As such, CCG adopts a defined social responsibility platform under which it actively contributes to achieving sustainable social and environmental development through the delivery of innovative, integrated and eco-friendly architectural and engineering consultancy solutions, and by supporting various nationwide community activities.

CCG targets several segments, with a special focus on the local community, the engineering community and the business sector, which comprises governmental institutions, private entities and national, regional and international non-profit organizations, as well as fresh graduates and students from public and private schools and universities across the Kingdom. In recognition of CCG’s unwavering commitment and heightened sense of awareness towards the local community, we adhere to the ISO 26000:2010, which is used as a guide to actively integrate social responsibility into our company values and practices.
