SMASCO

SMASCO is a mixed-use tower comprising both commercial and residential units in addition to SMASCO’s headquarters, which accommodates 500 staff members. It is a recognizable development with functional spatial formations created from equilateral triangles around a centralized hub. The tower’s mass is articulated from 3 ascending triangles, creating an interesting hierarchy, while the use of glass modifies the structure of the building and provides an open, bright interior. The outcome is an iconic landmark, revealing the signature of the company by combining heritage, modernity, and functionality.
