This high-rise structure boasts five basement floors dedicated to parking and technical facilities, ensuring efficient use of space. Additionally, a dedicated floor hosts a versatile multipurpose events space, facilitating various corporate and community activities.

The design prioritizes functional efficiency and organizational hierarchy, with careful consideration given to privacy and departmental relationships. Public and customer-centric spaces are strategically positioned along the base of the building, seamlessly extending the multi-leveled plaza and enhancing accessibility through multiple entrances.
