KINAXIXI THREE TOWER

The Kinaxixi Three Tower development in Angola is a significant mixed-use complex featuring three 20-story towers, two designated for residential purposes and one for commercial activities. Each tower incorporates basement-level retail spaces and parking garages. The commercial tower stands out with its diverse offerings, including 220 shops, 7 cinemas, a supermarket, restaurants, leisure facilities, a pharmacy, and an events venue. Approved by presidential order, the project not only enhances the urban landscape but also stimulates economic growth by creating approximately 1,200 direct jobs within the commercial tower and an additional 2,500 indirect employment opportunities.
