Originally designed and supervised by CCG in 2005, the 5-star Kempinski hotel in Jordan includes 12 floors, 278 rooms and suites across 4 tiers of luxury, 5 restaurants, 17 meeting and events spaces plus swimming pools, a health club and a spa.
CCG will now be providing design and supervision services for the hotel’s renovations. Engineer Mohannad Al-Ghabbiesh, CCG's Executive Director of Buildings & Architecture, represented and signed the contract on behalf of the company.
The services provided will include architectural and engineer design services including the supervision for the for both, FOH & BOH spaces, including lobby, kitchens, restaurants and laundry areas as well as for the modification of the internal layout of 262 hotel bedrooms, an expansion of the health club, and the introduction of a retractable roof for the 650m2 outdoor terrace.
