CCG's Chairman, Eng. Issam Balbisi, signed an agreement with the North Development Company, represented by the Chairman of the Board of Directors, His Excellency Dr. Muhammad Talib Obaidat.
The scope of work includes supervising the implementation of the fifth smart building within the development zone, which has an area of 4,800m2 and consists of 4 floors and an external total square of approximately 2,000m2, as well as supervision of the implementation of the infrastructure for the Irbid Development Zone, covering an area of 2 million m2.
It is expected that after the completion of the projects there, the Irbid Development Zone will provide around 15,000 job opportunities over the next 15 years. There will also be at least 300 job opportunities provided during the implementation of the project.
The investments that will be attracted to the region are in the sectors of healthcare, scientific research, education, IT, pharmaceuticals and hospitality including hotels, conference centers and more.
